    1. Lunar New Year Parade  - 1/31 to 2/5
    2. Family Dance - 2/14 to 3/27
    3. Vote to approve date changes is unanimous
  3. Family Dance
    1. Ms. Becker decided we should start small
    2. Only TK - 2nd grade
    3. Family vibe, like a wedding
    4. Sal’s Pizza will do a Dine & Donate
    5. Jeanne Grove - Concerned about branding of “dance”
    6. Freya Shape - Staff meeting addressed chatter among older kids about dance/dates, decided to start with the younger grades to see how it goes
    7. Laura W - Cherry Valley had a family dance recently; we should reach out to their PTA to find out details
  4. Dia del Nino - Sarah S
    1. Traditionally happens on 4/30 in Latin America
    2. Sarah & Laura Barron have run the event in the past, don’t have time to spearhead it alone this year
    3. Opportunity for the latino community to volunteer and come together
    4. Need help to fill three committees: Logistics/Communications, Food, Activities
    5. 6th graders usually help run the games
    6. Robin will send a Parent Square post to 
    7. Will target 4/25 at 5:30 p.m. for this year
    8. McDowell does a Dia del Nino event - we should reach out to them
    9. Valley Vista did a Dia de los Muertos event
  5. Grounds Committee - Kirsten Franklin
    1. There was previously a Garden Committee
    2. Outdoor learning has continued to expand, making it necessary to maintain more areas of the grounds 
    3. Environmental Literacy is transitioning from having a single coordinator to embedding environmental concepts in the classroom
    4. Kirsten will be gone next year but wants to pass along resources/materials/knowledge
    5. Can we combine with MASC?
    6. Leigh, as the garden coordinator, should be on the committee
    7. Need collaboration with the PCS district maintenance team
      1. The district has an Environmental Literacy and Climate committee
    8. There are already interested parents in the outdoor library project - can we leverage them?
  6. Wish Benefit - Lisa S
    1. Need help with auction items
    2. Any leads on big ticket items would be helpful, especially experiential things
      1. Float house cold plunge
      2. The Block has McNear connections
      3. Lisa will send a post to ask for ideas
  7. Spirit Wear - Laura W
    1. Chick City is going to do a design for us
    2. Will not be a fundraiser; they will sell them through their website
    3. Could we do something to give kids shirts that need them?
    4. Can we reuse old shirts that kids grow out of?
    5. We can ask if Chick City can make a patch with the new design
