McNear PTA Volunteer Questionnaire

All classroom volunteers require current TB tests. The school nurse is on campus at McNear on Friday mornings and can complete the screening which is just a series of questions.  Volunteers for overnight field trips are also required to have fingerprint clearance. 

TB tests are held at the District Office in the Board Room once a month.

When volunteering at school, please check in the office first and pick up a volunteer badge. Volunteers should only use adult bathrooms. They can use the Staff bathroom before or after recess.
