2. Performing arts basically funds itself
3. Fundraising events - do we need to be as extravagant? Community-building is important, but we could make it more casual
4. Money raised at the end of year event (WISH) is mostly used in that year to pay for that year’s expenses
5. Can we get room parents together to coordinate/share ideas for community building?
1. Robin will reach out to room-parent coordinator to look at this
6. Budget for next year should ideally happen in March
7. How do we get more subscription-based donations?
8. Company matching has been slow to come in
1. Lisa can help with getting matching dollars
4. School dance - Islam Elsedoudi
1. Date - Don’t want to conflict with other events or with break in February
1. Lean toward March timeframe
2. Possibly do it on a Thursday so that teachers can come
3. Are parents required to attend?

1. Keep to TK-3rd and 4th-6th, stay aligned with school splits
